Which version applies to me?
Unless your Order Form or a signed amendment says otherwise, the MSA version in effect on your Order Form's effective date governs that Order Form for its Subscription Term. The current version is always at frekyl.com/master-service-agreement. For questions, contact support@frekyl.com.
